In the app you will find locally made transmural working arrangements, the integrated care programs, social security card with the professionals and the opportunity involved in dementia care to register for training.
For users with a login code for the whos who have contact fellow caregivers (medical specialists, GPs and other primary care providers, professionals involved in dementia care) accessible.
